With this app you can

Train:
- Workouts that should have a specific time
- Exercises of a workout can follow automatically one after the other or with pause times
- Workouts that give you a certain number of repetitions (reps)
- The duration of all the workouts you do is recorded
- The reps of repetition-based workouts are also recorded

Create and manage workouts:
- Create, change, move the order, copy or delete workouts
- Workouts consist of 1 or more exercises that you create for them
- Name exercises, give them icons and parameterise them
- Export workouts with or without your workout data
- Edit your recorded workouts or add new ones if you have forgotten to track one

View statistics:
- View your training statistics for different time periods
- Every workout is time-tracked
- Rep-based workouts also show you your success with repetitions
- View totals, averages, lowest and best values

General functions:
- Import saved workouts (let friends give you their workouts)
- Data backup
- You can choose between light and dark mode
- or switch between German and English in the app
- Choose between voice prompts and audio prompts

Also:
Superfix swipe left and right between the different views.
The app also works when it is in the background and gives you appropriate instructions. Great if you want to train with music.

The free version is great to use.
If you want to create more than three workouts, use import or export, and view your stats over a longer period of time, you should choose the really ridiculously cheap subscription.
